Recap Ten days per sprint, each day... 1. add story cards to backlog? 2. help other tables by lending dice? 3. roll the dice on all tables 4. use your 1’s on their table; work and split 5. move completed story cards to next table 6. check for bugs (including cards in backlog) At the end of a sprint 1. record velocity 2. do a retrospective 3. do another sprint

Variations More than 6 dice per person to start with Roll 2 dice to determine initial story card estimate More than 4 work tables Measure waste, eg un rolled dice per sprint 1’s that could not be used per sprint
