Reflex Iogas Geochemical data analysis software 1. Install the REFLEX ioGAS software on your computer. You can download the latest version of Iogas for PC or MAC from: http://reflexnow.com/iogas/downloads/ 2. Open the software (this will open a trial version) then select Help>Server Licence Configuration menu. 2. In the Server Licence Configuration dialog check the Use Licence Server box. 3. Enter the name of the licence Host server (130.194.160.216). The correct Port number should show as Port 31415. 4. Click test button to check the connection to the licence Host server. A message confirming that the connection is successful or an error log will be displayed. If an error log is displayed check the licence server installation and that the correct details have been entered and try again. You should get a green tick and successful connection dialog showing you the license is working. 5. Click Ok and you will be asked to select the Offline Period from a minimum of 4 weeks to a maximum of 12 weeks. This is the length of time that the token will be valid so that the ioGAS software can be used offline. We have a total of 50 seat licenses at Monash so at this stage we are unlikely to have all the licenses out concurrently. Pick the maximum 12 weeks in this case. 5. To automatically obtain a new token for the duration of the Licence Period every time ioGAS is started when connected to the server network check the Automatically Refresh box. Note: If the Automatically Refresh box is unchecked ioGAS will no longer work once the token file expiry date is reached. When this happens the token becomes available again on the server and can be taken up by another computer. 6. If the connection is successful click OK and then re-start ioGAS. When the token is used to start ioGAS, the organization name followed by [S] is displayed on the ioGAS desktop.
