BF1500S 纠偏系统简易操作说明 Simple Operation Instructions of BF1500S Guide System 一．按键说明 Button Description

说明 Description

1．左移(多功能键) Left (Multifunction button)

手动状态下按下推动器向左移动，在设置状态下为菜 单选项切换键或参数调整。 Press this button to move the pusher to the left in the manual mode and change menu options or parameters in the setting mode.

2．右移(多功能键) Right (Multifunction button)

手动状态下按下推动器向右移动，在设置状态下为菜 单选项切换键或参数调整。 Press this button to move the pusher to the right in the manual mode and change menu options or parameters in the setting mode.

3．Ok 确认键 Confirm button

设置模式下菜单进入或参数保存。 Enter the menu or save parameters in the setting mode.

4．极性 Polarity

切换自动模式下的推动器极性方向。 Change polarity direction of the pusher in the automatic mode.

5．对中 Center

按下对中键，推动器行程回到推动器行程中心位 Press this button to return the pusher to the center of the stroke.

6．手动 Manual

按下进入手动模式 Press this button to enter the manual mode.

7．自动 Automatic

手动状态按下进入菜单。 Press this button to enter the menu in the manual mode. 自动状态下长按 3 秒进入锁定或解锁键盘（键盘锁定 状态屏幕会有文字提示） 。 Press and hold this button for three seconds to lock or unlock the keyboard in the automatic state (text prompts will be displayed when the keyboard is locked). 自动状态短按进人快速设置盲区、增益、速度、偏移 （按一下切换设置菜单） 。 Short press this button to quickly set up the blind, gain, speed and offset (press this button once to switch the setting menu).

二．设置菜单 Setting Menu 手动状态，按设置键进入，左移/右移键切换选项，加减键调整参数，设置完毕后按设置键返回手动模式。 In the manual mode, press the Set button to enter the setting menu. 参数 Parameters

标准模拟量信号（0-5V）。出厂配套的传感器，除开 BFT100-ATB （ 即 TL46-W) 外 , 其 余 传 感 器 选 择 此 项 Standard analog signal (0-5V). Select this option for all matched sensors except BFT100-ATB (TL46-W).

1.纠偏信号标定 标准 Guide signal calibration. Standard 1.纠偏信号标定 自定义 Guide signal calibration. Customize. （使用开关量传感器时该参 数无效） (This parameter is invalid when switch sensor is used)

参数说明 Description

最大值 Max.

传感器不遮挡的时候，按下 OK 键保存参数，并跳转到最 小值选项。 When the sensor is not masked, press the OK button to save the parameters and jump to the minimum option.

最小值 Min.

用需要纠偏的物料遮挡传感器，按下 OK 键保存参数。 按设置键盘退出当前菜单。 Mask the sensor with the material to be corrected. Press the OK button to save the parameters. Press the Set button to exit the current menu.

纠偏控制器的响应速度，数值越小纠偏响应越慢。 Response speed of the guide controller. The smaller the value, the slower the response. 提示:不同的设备结构和不同材料，需要调整该参数。 Tip: This parameter has to be changed for different equipment structure and different materials. 使用过程中如发现纠偏出现抖动（震荡），请调小该参数。 If there is jitter (vibration) in the process of guiding, please change this parameter to a smaller value.

001~100

在盲区范围内纠偏无动作，数值越大检测精度就越低,盲 区越大(例如 100 代表盲区最大)； No guiding action in the blind. The bigger the value, the lower the detection accuracy and the bigger the blind (e.g. 100 represents the biggest blind). 过小的盲区将引起纠偏抖动（震荡）请调大该参数。 Smaller blind will cause jitter (vibration). Please change this parameter to a bigger value.

单眼 1,单眼 2,双眼、使用开关量传感器纠偏. Single lens 1, single lens 2 and double lens use switch sensor to guide. 模拟量-EPC1,EPC2,CPC 使用模拟量传感器纠偏. 可以达到纠偏不抖动的性能. Analog-EPC1, EPC2 and CPC use analog sensor to guide. It can guide without jitter. 提示：当选择开关量纠偏时.盲区功能无效. Tip: When choosing switch sensor to guide, the function of blind is invalid. 出厂默认使用开关量信号，模拟量型号需要进入指定模 式才能使用。 The switch signal is used by default and the analog model can be used by entering the specified mode.

5.设置限位方式 Set limit mode

物理限位 手动设置 Manual setting of physical limit.

默认使用物理限位，手动设置功能需要进入指定模式才 能使用 Physical limit is used by default. Manual setting function can be used by entering the specified mode. 使用带物理限制(如:行程开关)时请选择物理限位. Select physical limit when using the physical limit device (e.g. limit switch). 使用本公司配备的带编码器的电机时请选择手动设置. Please select manual setting when using the motor with encoder supplied by our company. 初次装机时请设定该参数。 Please set this parameter on initial installation. 请参考“设置推动器行程” Please refer to “Set Pusher Stroke”

6.设置开机状态 Set startup status

手动、自动、中 心、上次 Manual, automatic, center, last.

上电时候控制器的状态。 The state of the controller when powered on.

正向 反向 Forward Reverse

手动模式的方向，指推动器的运动方向,方向的选择由推 动器的安装方向决定。 The direction of manual mode. It refers to the movement direction of the pusher and the direction is determined by the installation direction of the pusher. 初次装机时，手动状态，按下左键，若推动器向右侧移动 （或者按下右键，推动器向左侧移动），请调整该选项。 When the machine is first installed, press the left button in the manual mode. If the pusher moves to the right (or press the right button and the pusher moves to the left), please change this option.

表示显示界面语言为：中文或 English Display the language of the screen: Chinese or English..

键盘锁定：Lock: 在自动模式下，可长按 3 秒可锁定键盘。 In the automatic mode, long press this button for three seconds to lock the keyboard. 此时屏幕上显示“锁定”字样(如图)，表示键盘已锁定。 The word "Lock" is displayed on the screen (As shown in the diagram). It indicates that the keyboard has been locked. 键盘解锁：Unlock: 键盘锁定状态下，长按设置键 3 秒即可解锁（“锁定”字样消失）。 When the keyboard is locked, long press this button for three seconds to unlock the keyboard. (The word "Lock" disappears).

六．传感器信号标定操作步骤（使用标准传感器时不 需设置此项）Sensor Signal Calibration Steps (Do not Set when Standard Sensor is not Used) 传感器标定只在纠偏信号设置为《自定义》时候才会生效。如果需要，请将设置菜单里面选择为自定义。 Sensor calibration will only take effect when the guide signal is set to Customize. If necessary, please select Customize from the setting menu.
