at the time vessel was redelivered from Messrs. UNITED BULK CARRIERS S.A. - Luxembourg, as charterers, to Messrs. CARGILL INTERNATIONAL SA, as owners, on DOSLP Praia Mole PS, Brazil, on October 30th, 2014 at 16:00 hrs. ASCERTAINMENTS After a carefully visual inspection of vessel’s installations, equipment, etc., the following was ascertained: WEATHER DECK Fore Castle Deck:  As per attached master statement, vessel sustained no damage during the charter period, i.e., except for the bunker ROB, vessel is re-delivered to Cargill International SA, in the same condition she was found at the time of delivery to United Bulk Carriers S.A. Main Deck to Port Side:  As per attached master statement, vessel sustained no damage during the charter period, i.e., except for the bunker ROB, vessel is re-delivered to Cargill International SA, in the same condition she was found at the time of delivery to United Bulk Carriers S.A. Main Deck to Starboard Side:  As per attached master statement, vessel sustained no damage during the charter period, i.e., except for the bunker ROB, vessel is re-delivered to Cargill International SA, in the same condition she was found at the time of delivery to United Bulk Carriers S.A. Poop Deck:  As per attached master statement, vessel sustained no damage during the charter period, i.e., except for the bunker ROB, vessel is re-delivered to Cargill International SA, in the same condition she was found at the time of delivery to United Bulk Carriers S.A.

DETERMINATION OF QUANTITIES OF HEAVY FUEL AND DIESEL OIL: This bunker survey was carried out, on October 26th, 2014, together with Mr. Nikolay Gurguldaev, Chief Engineer of M/V "GENESIS", that sign off on October 27th, 2014. After having taken temperature and soundings of all bunker tanks, compared same with the tank calibration scales, the following calculations were made together with the vessel’s chief engineer in attendance: BUNKER CALCULATIONS: REMAINING QUANTITY OF BUNKER AT THE TIME OF SURVEY: Day and time of Bunker Survey: October 26th, 2014, at 14:00 hrs. Time log: This off hire bunker and condition survey was commenced on October 26th, 2014, at 13:00 hrs LT, and was completed on October 30th, 2014, at 14:00 hrs LT. . The contents of this off-hire bunker & condition survey report - the condition of the weather deck and cargo compartments as well as the quantities of bunkers being on board at time of delivery - are given to the best of our knowledge, true and correct and is issued without prejudice to the rights of whom it may concern.
