Learning activity 2 Evidence: The future of my city

This evidence is divided into two parts. For the first part, you have to create a presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint or a tool of your choice describing your predictions about the city where you were born. You should only use the future perfect and the future perfect progressive. Your presentation should have at least 10 slides (5 sentences using the future perfect and 5 sentences using the future perfect progressive). Look at the examples below: 

By the year 2020, the population of Bogota will have grown substantially.



By 2023, the first woman mayor will have been carrying out better social development projects for three years.

For the second part, you have to record your answers explaining why you think your predictions are accurate. Below you will see a sentence illustrating the grammar you should use: I think my prediction will have taken place by 2020 because there are no serious birth control policies in Bogota. I’m afraid the city will reach an overpopulation peak within a five year period that will make it really difficult to move around.

When you finish your work, send the files to your instructor through the platform as follows: 1. Click the title of this evidence. 2. Click Examinar mi equipo and look for the files in your computer. Make sure the files are attached. 3. Leave a comment for the instructor (optional). 4. Click Enviar. Important: The platform will only allow you to submit your files once.
