El Inferno In El Infierno the people are unhappy, the people suffer, they live in fear, nobody owns their lives and they must see and live their worst fears come true; in Mexico, it happens exactly the same. In the film -and in the country- a wave of unimaginable violence is experienced: corruption, cheating, lies, revenge, impulsivity, survival, and with this, impunity and mistrust above all. Definitely I give you an excellent 10 film, excellent subject for the situation because Mexico is happening, the film is super well done, because to be Mexican, I've been surprised, the scenes are perfect, credible for nothing exaggerated. José Luis Estrada handles the film in a way that the audience takes it as something funny and easy to digest using black humor to soften what we know is REALITY. Today we are in a time of extremely serious insecurity that threatens the freedom of citizenship, deprivation of liberty, corruption, arms trafficking, theft of all kinds etc.. Apart from the insecurity offered by the state police in complicity with organized crime, this is terrible and hinders civil development. So I think that this film is a clear image of what could have been lived in Mexico, how little people talked about it and I feel that it was a great representation of a lifestyle in some parts of Mexico, that's why I consider it to be one of the most impressive films for me.
