Evidence: WIKI Celebrity Models Declaración: Las celebridades son tomadas como modelos de responsabilidad y liderazgo. Opinión: No soy una persona muy fanática de las redes sociales y los medios, si bien me parece que son una herramienta a través de la cual las celebridades se dan a conocer, no me parece que muestren la realidad de lo que sucede. Opino que las celebridades no todas son modelo de responsabilidad y liderazgo porque si bien comunican y transmiten mensajes, ellas son las que determinan qué quieren comunicar. Hoy en día se ve que el objetivo de algunas celebridades es recomendar y mostrar aquello que de una u otra manera representa beneficios para ellos, pero no se piensa en el efecto que puede tener el mensaje que transmiten. En este momento no tengo ningún ídolo o persona a la cual admirar. Para mí las principales cualidades de un líder son: - Habilidades de relacionamiento - Comunicativo - Responsable - Apasionado - Competente - Decisivo - Disciplinado - Carismático El líder en sus diferentes roles debe: - Estar un paso adelante - Hacerse cargo de sus responsabilidades cumpliendo con cada uno de sus deberes. - Tener espíritu colaborador dispuesto a enseñar a su equipo de trabajo y a aprender del mismo. Statement: Celebrities are taken as models of responsibility and leadership. Opinion: I am not a very fanatic person of social networks and media, although I think they are a tool through which celebrities make themselves known, I do not think they show the reality of what is happening. I think that celebrities are not all models of responsibility and leadership because although they communicate and transmit messages, they are what determine what they want to communicate. Nowadays it is seen that the goal of some celebrities is to recommend and show what in one way or another represents benefits for them, but they do not think about the effect that the message they transmit can have. At this moment I have no idol or person to admire. For me the main qualities of a leader are: - Relationship Skills - Communicative - Responsable

The leader in their different roles must: - Be one step ahead. - Take charge of your responsibilities fulfilling each of your duties. - Have a collaborative spirit willing to teach your team and learn from it. Thank you Hola Mary, creo que compartimos la misma opinion respecto a los líderes al igual que los medios de comunicación. Veo que tienes el pensamiento de que cada uno busca ganar fama y dinero y te hallo la razón, hoy en día hay muy pocas personas dispuestas a usar los medios de comunicación para enseñar a emprender y crear en los demás esa responsabilidad de ver y hacer las cosas diferentes, con claridad, objetivos claros y responsabilidad.
