• La recolección de residuos sólidos mediante el sistema de carga lateral automatizado supone una solución integral que solventa de forma eficiente el problema de los RSU.

SOTERRADO UNDERGROUND CONTAINERS

• La recogida de contenedores, gracias a la innovación y elevadas prestaciones de compactadores carga lateral, es más eficiente y rápida que los procesos tradicionales de carga trasera.

• Este sistema se basa en trasvasar los residuos desde los contenedores a los vehículos en los que se les compacta con el objetivo de reducir el volumen que ocupan.

Elevación y vuelco a la tolva del camión. Recolocación a la plataforma y bajada del contenedor mediante el mando a distancia.

• Los vehículos-recolectores cuentan con sistemas de enganche del contendor adaptables a diferentes tipologías de contenedores disponibles en el mercado, conforme las normativas DIN 30700; EN 840 y EN 12574. • Las condiciones de trabajo de los operarios son excelentes, sobre todo en lo que hace referencia a las condiciones de seguridad y salud.

• El proceso de recogida del recolector se realiza con un único operario que será el conductor del vehículo, realizando las labores sin necesidad de bajarse del camión.

SUPERFICE UNDERGROUND CONTAINERS

• La visualización de todas las operaciones se realiza a través de 5 cámaras de monitorio, colocadas en lugares estratégicos del vehículo. • El cuadro de mandos lleva incorporados dos monitores que permiten observar el centrado del equipo con el contenedor, su elevación, y la evolución del proceso de carga, vaciado y descarga de éste.

Elevación y vuelco a la tolva del camión. Recolocación al suelo y regreso al reposo del Lifter.

• Cuando el vehículo recolector este lleno, acudirá al centro de tratamiento correspondiente para realizar la descarga de los residuos. La descarga es efectuada por una placa eyectora.

• The collection of solid waste through the automated lateral loading system is an integral solution that efficiently solves the problem of the RSU.

• The collection of containers, thanks to the innovation and high performance of side loading compactors, is more efficient and faster than traditional processes of rear loading.

• This system is based on transferring the waste from the containers to the vehicles in which they are compacted in order to reduce the volume they occupy.

• The vehicles-collectors have container coupling systems adaptable to different types of containers available in the market, in accordance with DIN 30700 regulations; EN 840 and EN 12574.

• The working conditions of the workers are excellent, especially in terms of safety and health conditions.

• The collection process of the collector is done with a single operator who will be the driver of the vehicle, performing the tasks without having to get off the truck.

• The visualization of all the operations is done through 5 monitoring cameras, placed in strategic places of the vehicle.

• The control panel incorporates two monitors that allow to observe the centering of the equipment with the container, its elevation, and the evolution of the process of loading, emptying and unloading it.

• When the collector vehicle is full, it will go to the corresponding treatment center to unload the waste. The discharge is effected by an ejector plate.

• Para cada uno de estos residuos, el mueble dispone de un buzón o embocadura de admisión adecuada a su tamaño y a las características de su depósito.

• Sus aberturas están previstas tanto en su cara frontal como en sus dos caras laterales. • El mueble se compone de dos partes principales: la carcasa exterior y los contenedores interiores. • La carcasa exterior está formada por los siguientes elementos: cofre, puertas, embocaduras de Admisión, tapas, estructura interna y separadores.

• Todos los componentes se fabrican en acero inoxidable AISI 316 a excepción de las embocaduras de admisión que son de fundición de aluminio. • Las embocaduras de admisión, se fabrican con fundición de Aluminio, realizada en moldes de arena y 12 mm de espesor.

• Los contenedores interiores son de plástico estándar de 80 litros equipados con ruedas, tapa y asa. Las gavetas de recogida de residuos son de plástico estándar según los huecos del interior del PLP. Para la recogida de bombillas, se utiliza una bolsa de admisión formada por una malla de polipropileno.
