COMMERCIAL STAND RENTAL AGREEMENT For the present document of the rental contract of a Commercial Stand, which the Monstery Company, with Nit N ° 20345687909, with address for the purposes of this contract in Av. Eighth # 90-84 Hall 5 - Stand 201 In the City of Los Angeles, State of California; whom hereafter will be called THE LESSOR; and on the other hand Mrs. Magda Paola Diaz Guerrero, identified with CC No. 456789023 of single civil status located in the Urbanization La Igualdad, District Bogotá D.C, Department Cundinamarca; to whom hereafter will be called THE LESSEE, under the following terms and conditions: FIRST. - THE LESSOR is a lessor of a Commercial Premises in Av. Eighth # 90-84 Hall 5 - Stand 201, in Los Angeles City, State California; divided into Hall 1 Stand 100 to Hall 5 Stand 300. SECOND. - THE LESSOR, by this contract, should grant one (1) stand for rent, in PABELLON 5, STAND 201 for commercial use. THIRD.- The contract will be valid for one year the same as it will take effect from the FIRST OF DECEMBER 5 2019 - DECEMBER 5 2020, expired which if the parties agree, the contract will be renewed otherwise it will proceed to delivery and return of the stand. FOUR.- The rental amount will be THREE HUNDRED FIFTY NEW DOLLARS, weekly by STAND, which will be canceled upon signing this contract.

FIFTH. - The commercial stand is made of wood, without door, with its furniture and in optimal conditions, which will be delivered in the same conditions, otherwise the LESSOR, will take care of the damages. SIXTH. -THE LESSEE, it is prohibited to sublet, assign or transfer to third parties, which in any case must return to their owners. EIGHTH. - The contracting parties declare that in the execution of this contract they have acted with complete freedom and knowledge of their facts and obligations, we also declare that they are satisfied with the content and signature of this contract that we subscribe in the city of LA, 06 December 2019.
