A Comprehensive Home-Study Survey Course Expanded Edition

Harmonic Research Associates Sarasota, Florida

Introduction to the Expanded Edition

Late in 1999, when I first started recording the lectures for what was to become the Basic Stock Market Astrology Home Study Course, I was responding to the questions I had been getting from my clients and associates around the world. They had a variety of backgrounds and concerns, but nevertheless there was some common ground in the needs they were expressing.

Some of them were active traders who were concerned about what it would take to add a competitive edge to their trading methodology. They had heard about financial astrology and the use of astrology in the markets, and yet they typically had little, if any, working knowledge of astrology itself. In some cases they had actively pursued esoteric studies of various sorts in an effort to decipher the natural harmony of the markets, so their interest in becoming astro-traders was quite keen. But whether or not they had any background in astrology at all, they came to the study of stock market astrology primarily as a way of achieving greater trading profitability.

While these traders often lacked astrological knowledge, the amateur and professional astrologers who had come to me to learn more about the application of astrology in the markets brought with them a different set of questions and a different base of background knowledge. In many cases, these individuals from the astrological community were struggling financially. They were looking for ways to improve their personal cash flow. They had heard about the profits that could be made in the stock market, and some of them had the notion that applying astrology to the markets could potentially give them a financial advantage.

But almost without exception, these

astrologers had little personal experience with the stock market, or none at all. They knew nothing about the real world of trading.

There were also some individuals who had come to me for astrological consultations and in the process had learned about my expertise in stock market astrology. They had no real knowledge of astrology themselves, and they were also ignorant of the workings of the stock market. Even so, they were curious about how the two fields could come together and had expressed an eagerness to learn about the world of astro-trading.

With the Basic Stock Market Astrology Home Study Course, then, I was in a sense trying to be all things to all people. I wanted to give traders the right foundation for learning about a profitable new trading tool. I wanted to help astrologers get an introduction to the mysterious world of the stock market. And I also wanted to provide something solid for the seekers, the students who just wanted to learn more about this intriguing field.

The underlying assumption for the Basic Stock Market Astrology Home Study Course was thus that everyone who comes to the course starts out with no knowledge of astrology and no knowledge of how the stock market works. While that is rarely the case for any particular individual who comes to this material, it was the only practical way I could develop a tool which had any hope at all of meeting such diverse needs.

As you listen to the CDs and work through the lessons in this study program, please be patient with the process. More likely than not, you will encounter some sections that cover material with which you are already familiar. Whenever that is the case, you might find it helpful to look upon the experience as an opportunity to review the basics for yourself and to reevaluate the knowledge you have already acquired. By the time you reach the end of the course you certainly won't be an expert on astro-trading, but you will at least have a fundamental understanding of how stock market astrology works and how some of the key concepts in the field are connected

This is, in fact, a basic course. It is not designed to answer every conceivable question about stock market astrology, and there will always be much more to learn in this fascinating and expanding field. I hope you'll find it an inspiration that will motivate you to pursue more in-depth studies. But because this is a basic level course, I've decided

not to revise the lectures that comprise it. What you will hear on the CDs is exactly what was recorded in late 1999 and early 2000. After all, the basics are still the basics, even though some specific information here and there has become a bit dated.

To help bring things up to date, this new Expanded Edition of the Basic Stock Market Astrology Home Study Course also includes a bonus DVD. Once you have completed the. sequence of audio CDs and worked your way through this course manual, you'll certainly want to take an hour to view the DVD as well. It will help you get up to speed with some of the wonderful new developments that have taken place in this field during the past seven years

I trust that you'll find that the Basic Stock Market Astrology Home Study Course is not only educational, but entertaining as well. My greatest wish, however, is that you will also find this course personally empowering. If you gain new knowledge, you will find yourself profoundly enriched by the process. If you're entertained along the way, you will be more likely to remember what you have learned and less likely to feel that your time has been wasted. But if through this course you feel empowered to begin astro-trading yourself, you will truly be in for some amazing experiences. Those experiences can not only alter your financial picture, but dramatically change your understanding of yourself as well.

Enjoy!
