The company I will work for is CYVSA The position * where I would like to be working and that has to do * with Quality Analyst Greetings, my name is Gustavo Tena, I am a Quality Analyst in the Quality Management department at CYVSA, I am in charge of EVALUATING the management of air conditioning projects. This quarter we had problems with some clients that we lost, due to quality errors in the project budget, our quality standard is 98% but at the end of this quarter it dropped to 85%. This means that we lost cash flow and we held the meeting with the Project Director to deal with this problem, I told him that we are going to implement a new management protocol, for this we are going to carry out new quality management policies, standardizing and standardizing our way of work, from prospecting to billing of the project, we must implement quality objectives that are focused on the satisfaction of our customers. We will have a lot of work and it is important to start as soon as possible a new regulation for the execution of works, warehouse control and logistics for shipments. During the next few weeks we will carry out evaluations and we will be on the lookout for each project.
