PIGS CONTINUE TO ASSUME POWER Just like in Chapter 2, pigs continue to assume power over the other farm animals. 9. What does Napoleon do with the nine newly born puppies? He takes them away to a secluded room and educates them. 10. Pigs put apples and milk aside for themselves. How does Squealer make the animals agree on apples and milk being set aside for the pigs? He argues that the apples and milk are needed for the pigs survival and that if they don't get them Mr. Jones will come back.
