For construction & welding procedures see QSE SOP 7134. Fabrication to be flat, square, parallel & free of twist. Remove all burrs & sharp edges. Stringer brackets to be protected with Wear Resist. All bolted joints to be sealed with Sikaflex 221 after assembly & prior to intermediate and top coating.
